Darrell completely changed my gym programme and my diet. I now train with Simply Rabess three times a week using a weights based regime. I train all of the major muscle groups, back, chest, shoulders, arms and I feel so much better for it. The intensity of the training means you undertake aerobic and anaerobic exercise, so you can get the same feeling you do from a cardio exercise whilst at the same time growing lean muscle.
